Booking Policy

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your session date and time. Booking requests must be submitted through the online booking form. Your session is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.

Please note:

L'Nesky Studios does not provide a studio location. If a studio is required, clients are responsible for booking and paying for the rental.
Props are not provided unless otherwise specified.

Payment Policy

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure all bookings.
The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.
No dates or session times will be held without a retainer.
An invoice will be sent after your booking inquiry is approved. The invoice will include the retainer amount and the due date for the remaining balance.
All payments, including the retainer, are non-refundable.
Payment of your invoice confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Policies.

Late Policy

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session time.

Late arrivals will result in a shortened session.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your session may be canceled.
Session end times will remain as originally scheduled, regardless of arrival time.
Additional time may be available for an additional fee, subject to the photographer's availability.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

All retainers and session fees are non-refundable.
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session via email or text message.
Rescheduled sessions must take place within 30 days of the original appointment.
After a second reschedule, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply.
If L'Nesky Studios must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose to reschedule or receive a credit toward a future session.
No-call/no-show appointments will be considered canceled, and a new booking with full payment will be required.

Image Delivery & Turnaround

Proof galleries will be delivered within 72 hours after your session.
Proof images are unedited and watermarked.
Watermarked images are for proofing purposes only and may not be downloaded, posted, shared, or purchased.
Sharing or distributing watermarked images without permission may result in legal action.
Final edited images will be delivered within 10–15 business days after your final image selections have been submitted.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Rush editing (approximately five business days) may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Clients have 72 hours to submit their final image selections.
If selections are not submitted within 72 hours, a $25 reactivation fee will apply to return the project to the editing queue, followed by an additional $10 per day after the fourth day.

General Studio Policies

Office hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM. Responses to inquiries are typically provided within 24–72 hours during business hours.
Photoshoots are available Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–9:00 PM. Sunday availability varies.
Please arrive fully prepared for your session, including hair, makeup, and wardrobe.
Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time.
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or another responsible adult who is at least 21 years old.
A valid government-issued photo ID may be required.
Clients may bring up to two guests, subject to the venue or studio's occupancy limits.
Minors are not permitted to attend unless they are participating in the session.
Studio rentals must be booked separately by the client. Please review all studio policies and rental requirements, as they are independent of L'Nesky Studios.
Travel fees may apply depending on the session location.

Image Usage & Copyright

All photographs created by L'Nesky Studios remain the intellectual property of the photographer and are protected by copyright law.

L'Nesky Studios reserves the right to use photographs for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Clients may not alter, edit, crop, apply filters, or otherwise modify delivered images without prior written permission.
Commercial use, publication, or resale of images requires written authorization from L'Nesky Studios.

By submitting your booking and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Policies.
